   Actually, it's all rather interesting. Even though there have been
claims by several women about his actions towards them, Schwarzenegger
has refused to set up an independent panel to investigate the matters
(1). If he were innocent, you would imagine him wanting to appeal to
voters as being honest in his intentions, and desire to clear up his
own name. It also is opposite of the national party's trends towards
family values, as can be seen by their lengthy (and costly) pursuit of
Bill Clinton's ***ual misdeeds.
