Keith Robinson, from PRLR, in "Dreamgirls"

Keith Robinson, who played Joel Rawlings in "Power Rangers Lightspeed
Rescue" some seven years ago, pops up in a major role in DREAMGIRLS,
the new movie musical starring Eddie Murphy, Jamie Foxx and Beyonce.
He plays C.C., the brother of Effie (played by Jennifer Hudson of
"American Idol" fame), and the songwriter who helps the Dreams become
famous.

He's very good in the role, a difficult one since his character has to
make some questionable choices in the course of the years covered and
the relation****p with his sister gets extremely rocky. And he looks
very good. He even sings at one point (is that his voice or was he
dubbed?--I'm guessing it's his). I always thought he was the standout
cast member in PRLR and I'm happy to see him do so well in a major
role in a high-profile Hollywood film.

I recommend the film.
