I have to select the pies based on their nutritional value. I
have eaten nothing but pie (and cheesecake, which I consider a
pie, it's a custard, after all) for a week and suffered no ill
effects. It actually seemed to help my training regimen. As
stated previously, there are some minor issues with this method
and I've decided that eating nothing but pie for a day is a
better solution.

A key question to ask before embarking on a regimen like this is:
Is my level of exercise to the point that I can run the engine on 
pie? It's like a big furnace, the hotter it runs the more
completely in can utilize just about any kind of fuel.
I could go into more detail, but I'll refrain for the time being.
