Well, that's the thing -- it's a BRAND NEW refirbished apartment
turned condo with all new stuff.  That was one of their main selling
points when trying to convince me to move out of my apartment across
the street all in the name of accessibility.  So it is a new "low
flow" toilet that doesn't really work that well!  They just wanted my
apartment to convert because it was bigger and in a newer building and
they could get more money for it.

Maybe...they knew and I knew that was the reason
