Broken toilets are the worst. You may need a new one, if it's an old
apartment. It's worth the money. You can get a nice one for about
$200.

I had to. I know you don't want to hear about my flooding story, but,
yeah, my first thought was, "Looks like I'm gonna have to build an
ark."
