Louis Jordan...craving cornbread and beans...I don't see the
connections here, but free associating is good.
Thank you, Greg Evans, for telling everyone my mailbox is overflowing
with unanswered mail. I belong to too many groups, with many smart,
talkative posters who write interesting stuff that I "save to read,"
and it piles up. Also, a friend who sends me a lot of friend****p
messages since my mother died. I must delete.
Anyway, sorry you caught me on a full mailbox day. Caledonia the
*****cat looks like a handful. Read your text about your adventures
with her. You're a good writer, Pal. It's a really good, personal
blog. I'm gonna take pix of Grey now, laughing at his takes on the
messy house. Donz always talks about his "cave." I used to work in a
library in college, and fell in love with the stacks. (Those lower
recesses in the library where they archive old magazines.) Need I tell
you I've lost count of vintage magazines I can't part with? Grey just
stared as a large book slid off a notebook. He is currently staring at
it in disbelief. He didn't touch it, it just moved. LOL.
Anyway, I'm afraid to ask about what happened to Samantha. Please lie
and tell me she died a natural, easy death at age 30. Cali is a nice
name. There was a blood goddess in India named Cali, but I'm sure
there's no connection. She performed quite a job on that toy mouse.
Maybe she'll become a doctor some day. She's very methodical. Happy
mother's day to everyone's pet who has ever given birth.
