>line: a flight attendant gave him a 'look' when he queried her regarding
>the holding pattern they were apparently in. Was the holding pattern due
>to traffic? That seemed unlikely, considering it was so late. It was
>probably the weather. *Was* it the weather? No, it wasn't the weather.
>It was the traffic. Really? At that late hour, well after midnight? How
>could that be? The flight attendant responded, "I'll bet it's because
>this is New York." The kicker was: the flight attendant made a face
>after she said it; she kind of did a 'thing,' quickly pursing her lips.
>In other words: she gave Dave a look. Dave wondered whether it's *him*,
>or whether it's everybody *else*. He says he's come to the conclusion
>that it's probably him.)
I'm beginning to weary of the shot of a bearded Dave cowering from the
barber's
electric clippers that I've been using as my laptop wallpaper for the last
few
months...I'm thinking a shot of Dave demonstrating the "look" would make a
nice
replacement if anybody's up for a screen shot....
>A little later, we had an all-new '*Late Show* Prize Giveaway.'
>Unfortunately, the 'Late Show' prize wheel broke loose and ran amuck,
>eventually making its way to the ABC studios, where it took out Regis.
>You really hate to see that.
Is this the first bit that Pat Farmer and Regis have both participated
in?...there was also involvement along with the way with a smokin' hottie
that
the wheel paused to look over, and an Asian gentleman who swore at it as
it
passed; do we know the names of these two performers?...
>There was a bunch of other stuff as well, including a return visit by
>Johnny Twain. In addition to regaling us with his trademark homespun
>humor, Johnny stuck around to perform, with the CBS Orchestra, a
>rendition of "Hooked On A Feeling." What an all-around entertainer he
>is. Well, he's versatile, is what he is. I wish we could've heard the
>whole thing.
Ditto...and double ditto for Felicia later in the show....r
>*ASHTON KUTCHER*
>How old did he say he is now? 14? I hope he doesn't neglect his studies.
>The film is "What Happens in Vegas."
I think his wife has a pretty good handle on just how dangerous Cameron
Diaz is
or isn't for their marriage...remember, they worked together in the second
"Charlie's Angels" movie....r

What good is being an executive if you never get to execute anyone?
