At the end of the monologue, Dave stepped out into the audience and
exchanged
some kind of item with a man in one of the first couple of rows before
going
behind the desk...I'm not going to ask what the exchange was all about,
but I
noticed that the house lights were up, and something about the color
balance in
the whole first act made me think they were left up the whole time....
Or is my set about to quit working *before* the big digital cutover?...r
