Last night, ESPN2 had a WTT Match between Sacramento and Houston. The big
"story-line" was Steffi Graf's return to competitive tennis, but the real
star of the match was our own Anna Kournikova, who kicked ass in both the
Women's Doubles and Mixed Doubles, showing that she still had some of the
skills that made her such a great doubles player. In fact, after a couple
of particularly excellent shots in a row, the color announcer said "You
know, it really annoys me when people say that Kournikova can't play."
Also, she looked awesome (as always!), and it was great to see her in
action
again, and doing well.!
Supposedly, WTT will be on ESPN2 this summer, so watch for it!
