Snape as Book 6 DADA

by John VanSickle <evilsnackKOSHER@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jun 29, 2004 at 05:52 PM

"Snape?"
"Yes, Headmaster?"
"I have decided to let you teach Defense Against the Dark Arts this year."
"Thank you, Headmaster."
"With two conditions."
"And those are?"
"First, the first subject taught to the sixth-years will be Occlumency,
and
you will stick to that subject until *I* cannot Legilimens Harry Potter."
"Understood," he said, gritting his teeth. "The other condition?"
"Longbottom will replace you as the Potions teacher. He got a perfect
score on his OWL."

Okay, not farging likely, but...

Although the DADA ceases to be the DADA at the end of each book, they have
not all died (in fact, only one person hired to be DADA has died, the
other
DADA to die was an imposter). So Snape teaches DADA, then goes back to
bullying first years in Potions.

Regards,
John
(who apologizes if all this has been done to death)
