I was just reading an account of the history of Harlan Ellison's
legendary, never-published Last Dangerous Visions collection. I was
surprised to see, among the list of authors whose works Ellison has
been sitting on for over 30 years, the name of The Firesign Theatre
(alphabetized under "T")! Does anyone know what the FT's contribution
was? Could any of the Four or Five shed any light?
