The Buzz Marketing group asked teenagers to choose their favorites from a
range of media.
Devotees of Television and the Personal Computers may wish to look away.
Internet or TV ? A whopping 93 percent of teenagers say the Internet is
king, though the ratings for *American Idol* the number one most watched
TV
program in America tells us that Television is not giving up without a
fight.
Instant messaging ? that's so 20th century and Second Millennium, Text
messaging was preferred over Instant Messaging by 71 percent of teenagers.
Surely the internet generation has left magazines in the dust ? Not so, 69
percent of them still prefer glossified dead trees to blogs.
Forgive them Bill Gates, for they know what they do. Or maybe they do. 65
percent of them preferred Macs over personal computers.
And the news isn't good for Tom either. The MySpace mainstay surely wont
be
pleased that 57 percent of teenagers choose relative newcomer Facebook
over
the internets other dominant social networking site.
