Hi,
I went to an Elvis concert back in the 90's at the Beacon Theater in
NYC. It was an excellent show (of course), with They Might Be Giants
opening. EC asked us if he could try out some new material...he said
he wanted to test them out in NY because NY fans are the only ones who
would be honest and boo if the music sucked!
Anyway, he did a version of "Temptation" with just he and Steve
Nieve on piano...it was amazing. It was slow, and incredibly soulful
(the singing). I'm wondering if anyone knows of any recordings of
this, or if they know of any similar recordings of this song.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
