i have a theory. this country doesnt like people who challenge the
system. in fact no country does. john lennon, frank zappa, bob marley,
elvis costello,with the exception of lennon, (because he was a beatle),
neither of these fine gentlemans songs ever get played on the radio.
zappa was a strong opponnent against the government. same as lennon at
one point(until they were going to deport him), marley also but for his
own country, but his message was universal so you could say he was
speaking for all countries, and elvis, although not a big political
speaker(except for the tunes hes written against his government), elvis
doesnt play by record company rules. so in return radio does not play
music by them because the big boys dont want someone making waves.
