Yes, "Theme" was the answer I was meaning. Sorry, I haven't remembered
that "Out of the blue" got
the same credit, so my question was somewhat wrong.

Sorry again, but I haven't happen to read such declaration about those
songs.
I thought that Bernie helped to create the basic melody of "Theme", and I
assumed that the credit of
the booklet was right.

If the Bernie declaration is true (not that I don't want to believe you,
is just that I haven't read
