Depends on your definition of "do***entation." I presume the songbook came
out at the same time as or later than the album, and I heard "Bottled &
Brained" a month or so before it was released. KFRC 610 AM in San
Francisco
always followed All Things Elton, and while CF&BDC was still the biggest
thing, I heard that the next album was due out shortly and would be called
"Bottled & Brained." Then "Island Girl" was released, and 2 or 3 weeks
later here came ROTW and I thought "What is this?," but when I listened to
the album and heard "I've been bottled and been brained" in Street Kids, I
figured KFRC had just got hold of some bad information.
