Its a very poorly worded question.
How could any country be this way as a whole? How could any country be
void of it. Attitudes get passed down, and theres all kinds of
attitudes involved.
Freedom os speech should apply to anyone inside our borders, citizen
or visitor. We just need to be mature enough to consider their
opinion.
