You're right. I saw him in 2003 in AC (Great, great show - did a bunch
of rare stuff, including Harmony!).

The Reading Show, if I'm not mistaken, was a warm up for the ONO shows
in NYC, which were around Oct 2000. It was really 3 nights only.
