Actually,  having been involved in the newspaper business for many many 
years, obits on all famous people are prepared and filed as soon as they 
become famous..then updated periodically. That way they will be done the 
second they are needed. So its really not Britney's behavior that 
prompted that..its her fame. Unfortunately her behavior may put it to 
use much sooner than she or anyone else expected.
