Hello friends,
has anyone ever played Vendetta (www.vendetta-online.com)? -- It's a
MMORPG where one flies in space to trade, mine, pirate or just plain
fight. I only found out about this game recently, through a Top 25 Linux
Games (no worries, it also runs on Windows and MacOS), however it seems
on the decline.
The space is not big, only about 30 or so systems with about 0-4
stations each, but not many people playing either.
They have a free 8 hour trial period, and I am wondering if I should buy
a month or so after that. It's an interesting Elite like MMORPG (One
actually flies and shoots personally, not clicking and waiting for some
virtual dice to roll like in Eve Online), however the monetary systems
seems a bit unbalanced (a fighter jet should *always* be more expensive
than it's full cargo load of iron ores).
Any ideas? Any experiences?
