Hello all,
I've been trying to get Frontier - Elite 2 working on a MS-DOS 6.22 box
running under Virtual PC and not having much luck.
The program will start and shows the mouse pointer in the middle of the
screen, but then it freezes and never gets as far as the actual intro
sequence.
It works fine on DOSBox so I can only imagine that I've either got my
Virtual PC set up incorrectly or Frontier is hitting the hardware in
some way that DOSBox emulates correctly but VPC doesn't.
Has anyone been successful in getting Frontier to run under MS Virtual PC?
Here's hoping that people still read this group. While I'm here, what
happened to #TheEliteBar on IRC?
