No, because the Interplanetary Shuttle with the (interplanetary) drive
fitted has zero capacity. In fact, you can't even refuel it (although
you can buy a new Interplanetary Shuttle with a tank full). Thus, it's
really useless.
You could, however, progress with a Lifter, for example, buying
radioactives and dumping them far enough not to get fined. Of course,
it would be a *very* slow progress, and if you meet any enemy on your
way, you're dead meat (since the Lifter has no weapon mountings).
