dynamic IP. A simple whois on any of these IPs give us:

That's what i'm doing right now. With the whole list of his previous
posts since January, 2007. All with IP,date,content (sometimes basic
insults, but also racists posts, homophobic posts and so on). I believe
his ISP won't like this. And I also believe that his parents will not
like this, too.
