It's sort of Backroom Boys [1] the TV Series. Backroom Boys featured
the following:-
Chapter 1 - Rockets and the British Space Programme
Chapter 2 - Concorde
Chapter 3 - Elite
Chapter 4 - Vodafone and mobiles
Chapter 5 - DNA
Chapter 6 - Beagle 2
So far, we've had:-
Episode 1 - F1
Episode 2 - Tilting Trains
Episode 3 - Rockets
Episode 4 will be mobiles as you say, with the Harrier and Elite
rounding off the 6 part series.
Doing the Harrier instead of Concorde is a pretty logical swap,
they've replaced DNA with tilting trains (probably due to one of the
main British DNA experts being in trouble with the PC Squad) and
Beagle 2 with F1 as at least with F1 you actually get to /see/ the
expensive British technology sma****ng into a million bits.
Elite will, of course, be on last. It'll also be on when I'm busy out
of the house and there will be a power cut or my video will record the
wrong channel. The series will also never be repeated, just to piss me
off!
