Wow! What a memory you've got - yes, I used to slide my middle initial
in there. Over the years, as I worked my way through various versions
of newsreader software, I stopped including the "I" when I'd set up a
new sig file.

My access to USENET got spotty around 2001, and I got out of the habit
of frequent reading and posting. I've got good access again, but the
habit still hasn't returned.
