IIRC it was decided at Durham II that none of the Central 12 were
there. Out of the people on your list only Baggy, Nef and Ghnomb were
there and I think they missed some earlier tECs (I don't think I met
Nef/Ghnomb them until tEC5 so I don't think they were at 3 or 4).
