Its nice to hear there's another new Eddings Fan :).
I myself discovered Eddings when i was about 11 or 12 thats about 15
or 16 yrs ago now (OMW i'm gettin old). And for some reason until i
had finished the first book i thought it was called Dawn of Prophecy.
I was so excited i started telling my parents about the book. BIG
mistake. They're kinda closed-minded and they thought all this talks
of magic were satanic or something. I couldn't care less though. I
remember i was so hooked i'd fall asleep at night reading the books.
and then wake up at 4 to read again :). I was a total Eddings Junkie.
By the time i reached university I had probly read the belgariad,
mallorean, Elenium and tamuli bout 5 or six times each. And then the
prequels started coming out. This was also the time i started lurking
on AFE for a while seeing as at uni was the only place i had an
internet connection. I went under the handle of mahkra then. Good
Times.
Ah but then work started and i can't remember the last time i actually
read a book. its sad.
Anyway. enough reminiscing bout the past. Enjoy Eddings Danielle. i
haven't even read any of his work since Polgara The Sorceress :(
