Revenge, contrary to popular belief and Delia Smith, is not a dish best
served cold. As any reasonably adept culinarist knows, it requires a
flavoursome sauce which does not overwhelm the main constituent, and an
accompaniment which compliments it. Frozen peas are quite good and
prevent scurvy.
