After skinning fresh trout, be ecologically friendly by not using
detergents or paper towels to clean your hands; instead, wipe your hands
on your (or a neighbour's) cat. Not only will they get a treat from
licking off the fishy residue, but the oils will give them lovely,
glossy fur.
