I'm all for streetart (in fact almost any art for that matter). Shame so
much of it is mindless vandalism and comprises some talentless git
scrawling their name everywhere. I can ignore it on substations, phone
boxes and bus shelters in my home town, but seeing tagging on the
architecture (and yes, it is architecture, possibly even with a capital
A) in Prague made me despair. In a city as beautiful as that, I would
die of shame if I sprayed my name on those buildings.
Banksy's all right in my book. Shame he inspires kids with nothing
better to do.
