No -- it isn't.  It's not the venue but the conduct that you want to
rant about.  No one tried to impeach him because of where it happened.

Jollies are only about jollies.  They are his to deal with, his
family's private matter entirely, and the nation was not the least bit
hurt by it -- save that the Rs decided to work themselves into a state
of high dudgeon over it, and spend $40-$50 million on it that would
have better been spent elsewhere.
