No, not at all.  But he was described as being of Greek decent, why
would you change that?  FH didn't talk much about race in his books
beyond a characters "dark" or "olive" skin.  I think a Dune movie
should have an almost random variety of races.

I wouldn't change Paul's Greek descent, but a Eurasian person could have 
that genetic background.
