Or did Shenron just want a cameo?
Goku never even tried to go Super Saiyajin let alone 2 or 3 to attempt to
make the crank move.
I'm sure if he upped his power level he could have turned it without
wasting
a wish.
Sort of like when Gohan pulled the sword out of the rock to free Dai
Kaio-****n he didn't do it in normal Saiyan mode.
