It's all a matter of phrasing your wish properly, just like it is with
tricky genies and other wishmasters:

"Oh mighty dragon, restore my granddad who died last night to his
former glory, the way he was in his youthful years as a teenager."

poof!

But even if someone were revived with the same age, he or she might
still last - say for example one died of a heart attack; chances are
there that he'll have a heart attack again soon (maybe from coming back
to life? ooh irony...) but he could easily last another few years...
