It means that no one on a pleasure cruise really notices that if you get
rid
of the deck chairs and shuffle board and shut down the disco the ****p is
suddenly not nearly as tourist-friendly as it once was and much more
businesslike and that those odd looking fittings on the decks and rails
just
happen to be perfect for fitting large caliber machine guns and cannon.
No
one bothers to think that if a boat makes a wonderful floating hotel, it's
also perfect as a floating command center or hospital. It's a matter of
style and subtlety really.
