That's just about twice what we're paying here in California. Gas tends
to
be cheaper in countries willing to exploit the poor and kill them if
necessary to keep the oil flowing. Oddly enough, it was cheaper by half
before the killing began. That's progress for you, the people get poorer
and the gas gets dearer.
