He could also try a few pierogi along with the kielbasa. and some
paczki for dessert. )
(Polack that I am, I need to push my native cuisine.)
Since I have too much free time today - and am in NO mood to see the
Sox blow another one (dudes, that piece of wood you're holding is
called a Bat .... you are supposed to use it to hit the Ball,
m'kay ??) - I decided to transcribe the Fourth Grader's entire menu.
One thing I noticed - even though the menu is technically "healthy"
and strictly "vegan", it's neither low-cal nor lowfat. - which could
explain his chunkiness.
That, or the Sabrett's hot dogs that I'd bet he sneaks in now and
again. ("DaddyDaddyDaddy, Mom's in Boston .... can we eat some REAL
food, PLEASE ????")
Breakfast:
1/2 banana, sliced, with almond butter and carob chips, and 1/4 cup
vanilla soymilk. (Along with "viral remedies" and "bone and skin
remedies".)
AM snack:
Carob soymilk, brown rice snaps and bean dip, strawberries and grapes.
Dinner:
Sauteed seitan (that's the "fake meat" they make that dreadful
"Tofurkey" from), brown rice, kale, cole slaw, and Ka**** Go-Lean for
dessert.
She should be arrested for that last dessert entry. Any one else here
ever try that crap ? Yeech.
