Read Phillip Jose Farmers book Doc Savage His Apocalyptic Life.
It includes a chronology of all the adventures, clues what time of
the
year it happened, duration etc
your answers are all there.

IIRC someone did Indiana Jones type maps of the adventures online
but I don't know if they are still available
