He was doing more to push the series than anyone else. He got the comics
going again which is impressive for a show that's been off the air for
years. If he's switched from writing to acting I would think that it
could only hurt the chances of Gargoyles coming back. Actors don't get
much say in which shows get green-lit and which don't.

	Do we even know that this is the same Greg Weissman?
