Yes.

No.

AFAIK the only legally banned ****ography in the US is of a sort that 
DOES involve harm or interfering with the rights of individuals 
(bestiality, child ****ography, non-consenual acts).

....and I'm perfectly willing to accept snuff films where the victim is a 
willing participant... but then I have no problem with the idea that 
people should be able to kill themselves if they want, and even use the 
help of others to do so.
