the right to make laws to the benefit of society.
You are right that you can ban nearly anything using that reasoning.
However, are you aware that even in the field of ****ography there is
a dividing line on one side of which is illegal and one side is legal,
and ALL are directed to nothing other than indulging fantasties, none
of which fantasies allegedly harm or interefere in the rights of any
individual?
The precedent is already set. I'd argue that in the case of fantasy
rape, that studies can be done that would show without a doubt that
they lead to the harm of individuals. I also would say if you accept
those, you'll accept anything, including snuff films where the victim
is a willing participant.
