Hmmm...I think it's all in the eye of the beholder. I am, in fact, one
of those people who: saw the movie Sahara, enjoyed it, then saw the
book, and was happily surprised by the quality of the writing, and am
now working my way through other masterpieces of Mr. Cussler. I still
think the film was entertaining, and am finding the books equally, if
not more, fun. Judging from the fact that Sahara (the Cussler novel) is
currently on the USA Today top 10, even though it was published years
ago, seems to indicate I am not the only person who is experiencing this
revelation. For me, the movie was the key that unlocked the world of
Clive Cussler to me. I wonder, have the sales of other Cussler books
picked up as well?
