All planned out? Well, it sounds good. 'Big brush' plot outlines, yes.
But I find it hard to believe there can be anything much more detailed
than that, because of simple quantum fluctuations in Plot-Space.
Every author runs into this. A character says something or does
something which is entirely in character but not what the author
expected, or the plot twists in a more interesting and worthwhile way --
or, as Larry Niven said, you mis-type a word and it triggers something
in your creative node. I'd bet she knows the way, but doesn't know every
turn of the road.
