I'm new to the NG but I'm a long time Cussler / Pitt Adventures fan... not
really into the non-fiction books or the Kurt Austin adventures tho...
whoever said it just isn't the same without the 'old gang' was dead on!
Anyway, I just wanted to know if anyone had any new information concering
the Sahara movie that is in pre-production right now. I know it's due for
a
2004 release (I think...) and that Matthew McConaughey has been cast as
Pitt, but I don't know anything further!
Any thoughts on Matt here as Mr. Pitt? I think he's a good choice
compaired
to a lot of people that were considered (Stallone, Bruce Willis, Keanu
Reeves) and with the right hair job and contacts, put the bulk he had for
Reign of Fire back on and yeah...
I think Hugh Jackman could have worked aswell... Apparently Cussler
thought
of him specifically. Too bad Xmen takes up most of his time i suppose.
