Watching over the past several weeks (and seeing William F Buckley as a
guest) reminded me of the old firing line show with Mr. Buckley. He and
Dennis both have a variety of eclectic guests, yet each is able (mostly)
to carry on an intelligent conversation in the guest's area of
expertise. Combine that with the natural rapier wit of DM makes for an
entertaining and enlightening hour well spent.
I respect an entertainer who publicly states his political opinions as
opposed to those who try to mask them and convert yours to his
subliminally, (not to mention that I share most of DM's viewpoints).
The varsity is an uneven segment due to the rotation of the panel, some
work and some don't. Now if they would only publish a schedule and stick
to it!!
