But it seem like Miller had been prodding her to
dish some dirt on Kerry and finally she bristled.
I'm not sure if it was because she's a partisan
for Kerry or because of the derisive way Miller
talks about "foreigners".

I like Maher a lot but I've never liked Miller.  It's
not only because Maher's independent, but left-leaning,
politics are more in line with my own than Miller's
partisan Republican views.  It's also because Maher's
humor is rooted in ideas.  Miller seems to be getting
laughs by stereotyping personalities and ridiculing
peoples' appearances.

Yeah, I was exaggerrating by comparing Miller to Stern.
And Maher can be cruel; I remember some stuff he said
about retarded kids on PI that was pretty offensive.
