If you want to blame someone using your 20/20 hindsite, that's your
choice. However .... Without using hindsite, it is easy to see that
Saudi Arabia's offer to Bill Clinton to HAND OVER Bin Laden could have
prevented the 11 September attack if Clinton hadn't refused the offer.
Bin Laden walked and the rest is history.
