Because he is a nutter with a persecution complex, he cross-posts to all

popular groups, several posts at a time with commas, periods, crafty
spaces
etc.
in different places in the headers to make it difficult to block his posts
with
message rules. I imagine he gets a great kick out this, probably
congratulating himself
on each crafty posting, hopefully enough people will complain so that his
ISP cuts off
his service.
