ABSTRACT
A comprehensive review of 99 forensic, criminological, and other
scientific references was undertaken with regards to analyzing the
postmortem blood morphine level of Kurt Cobain. The following essay
re****ts on this review, which includes 19 studies of 1526 deaths
specifically involving blood morphine levels of intravenous heroin
related overdoses, as shown in Appendix A. Other studies which were
reviewed include thousands of heroin-related deaths in general, over
3226 heroin related overdoses, over 3586 suicides, 760 violent
suicides, several significant staged deaths, autopsy procedures &
discrepancies, postmortem pharmacokinetics of drugs, and, with respect
to the traces of a "diazepam-like" substance found in Cobain's blood,
several references were reviewed regarding benzodiazepines. Table 1,
below, shows a seven point summary of the material reviewed, which
provides a clear picture of Cobain's true cause of death, homicide.
Thus, in contrast with the "official" verdict of suicide by shotgun,
the scientific facts point to a series of events which probably
included a massive, lethal "hot shot" dose of heroin and a
benzodiazepine administered to Cobain, which would have either
immediately rendered him incapacitated in a comatose state or killed
him instantly. No suicide or overdose case exists, in any of the many
references reviewed, which parallels the Cobain case, most likely
because the chain of events which occurred cannot be duplicated. This
chain of events specifically resembles homicide patterns, not suicide,
and should be re-opened to allow an independent re-investigation of the
serious discrepancies in the verdict, which should be changed.

What the hell is going on? Why will the police not reopen this case?
At the time of Kurt's murder , were feminist sentiments so strong
that women were practically untouchables? Is it STILL happening?
One has to ask: if there were THIS much evidence against a male
murderer, would this case not be have been reopened long ago, and the
killer brought to justice long ago?

Face it Kurt Cobain had serious health problems, was a homo***ual
ABOMINATION, a heroin addict and couldn't even remember the name of
the first woman he ever slept with. His wife was a drug addict that

and his wife was any better? She too was a drug-addict convict, with a
criminal
record and history of violence. What's more , Cobain was going clean ,
(had completed drug rehab in LosAngelas) and leaving the music
business. He was planning to write her out of his will, and their
prenuptial agreement would have really limited her access
to his wealth. (she contacted her lawyer to inquire about any way to
get a prenuptial agreement nullified. maybe found out the best way was
for the husband to 'commit

Cobain even wrote of their marriage in the song 'All Apologies'
with a line that says 'In the Sun, in the sun I feel , as one: Married.
Buried.'
and 'choking on the ashes of her enemy'. This song reveals how he
unhappy he felt about his marriage, and possibly that he felt
threatened.
But back to who would have received custody of their children:
Cobain would have gone clean , disbanded Nirvana, maybe leaving the
industry for a time, and consolidated his grip on his considerable
wealth, with a potential future career and income still awaiting him,
should he choose to resume writing. He was growing up, disbanding
Nirvana, and leaving his fast-living, recklessly-spending wife. By
contrast, his wife would have had far less money than him (divorced
according to prenuptial agreement, written out of will, etc.) and
likely would have continued trying to parlay her mediocrity and
psychosis into a career as a rock star, and most probably continue
her use of drugs along with it. With a very public and messy divorce
in the news, then custody battle, etc. Cobain would have no option ,
(and have every op****tunity) but to reveal whatever secrets he held
about his psychopath wife. He would have the advantage, in money and
fame, to conclusively win any mud-slanging contest, and her career
would likely have gone nowhere.
Cobain stood a very good chance of winning custody of the children.
His victory would be complete, and she would be left a talentless,
childless, discredited, and moneyless loser in the eyes of the public.
(and how to feed that drug habit with no money?)
She had every reason to want Cobain dead.
Consider her option of having him killed, by contrast. She gets all
the money and more, (considering the windfall of publicity and sales
that his death would produce) She inherits his fame. She silences him
forever as an artist, potential critic, witness , etc. to her
shortcomings.
She keeps the kids, the houses, everything. She gets the op****tunity
to further her own musical career. Finally, she gets revenge , and
gratification, for having pulled it all off.

There are a number of good books about Nirvana and I even read a
paperback that claimed he committed suicide and I heard the "father"
on TV going on about how he was murdered. I notice your not posting
this to a Nirvana ng probably because you would be laughed at or
already have been laughed off. Anyways enjoy the music it certainly
was great.

Then give us the title of a book that says he's Gay. He wasn't
some "born again" uptight bible thumping fool nor did he hate
Gay people, but he certainly was not Gay; unlike God and Jesus,
who definitely were Gay.

the definition of homo***ual is so bogus anyway. Gays claim to have
'no ***ual attraction to the opposite ***, permanent life-long, genetic
***ual orientation', etc., yet there are countless examples of straight
men who have gone 'gay' after spending years in ***ual relation****ps
with their spouses, and countless examples of the reverse (so-called
'gays' going straight) So where is all the 'zero-attraction,
irreversable genetic orientation inheritance' crap left then? In the
academic, public-washroom toilet at your local university, that's
where. Where it belongs.

Interesting. I never realized this, but you are right. This song was
on the last album just before he was murdered. At the time, right
after his death, and with the song still fresh in my memory,( I did
still think it was suicide, at that point)
and interpreted the song as a rendering of his suicidal feelings and
depression.
Now, the lyrics take on a whole new meaning.
"In the sun I feel, as one , married and buried."
He equates his wedding with his funeral.
This could mean either of two things. Either he is saying,
essentially, "being married to her is like being dead. I am going to
have to leave her", or he could be saying "If I do not leave her, she
is going to kill me .

Those lines are tricky to interpret, but I'll give it a go.
Sunburn with freezerburn= burned by warmth and cold (the heat of fame,
and the coldness of his marriage?)
'choking on the ashes of her enemy' ?
another reference to his wife
his wife choking on the ashes of her enemy?
a metaphor for what? her destruction/cremation of her enemy? She is
to choke on it.
So, who is the 'enemy'? Him ?

interview' when he needed to be, and took advantage of it. A closer
look at this person reveals a fairly healthy, driven, hard-working and
successfully wealthy person, ruthlessly determined to keep it all a
secret. The kiss of death to image and 'cool' would be to admit it.

in reality an attractive, energetic young millionaire with his whole
life ahead of him.
and two young children that he loved.
hardly the profile of a suicidal weakling, as ****trayed in the media.
Cobain's whole 'grunge' persona was built around being the antithesis
to 1980's-style narcissism and materialism. He succesfully marketed
himself as the 'self-destructive, suicidal and complex artist'. The
real deal. No frills. etc.
This was packaging, and Kurt wanted out of the package. He wanted to
leave Nirvana, he wanted to use the money to escape the whole scene.
He'd outrun both the grunge he'd been sloughing through, and his grungy
wife. (or so he thought)
In his farewell note to fans, that he was leaving Nirvana and grunge,
he says he wants to do it for the well-being of his kids. These are
the words of someone looking to the future. If you gave a **** about
your kids, still babies, would you write a note about how vulnerable
they were, how much you loved them, and then commit suicide and leave
them to fend for themselves? That is the official version of what
happened. B.S.
B.S. he killed himself.
Reopen the case, and put his killers in jail.

Was Cobain the unwiting victim of his own image-building? With
quotes such as this, could he have inadvertantly 'framed' himself with
his own words? His wife used the quote mentioned above, his
'dare-devil' tendencies, his song 'All Apologies', and his farewell
note to his fans , with some carefully placed lies
to complete the picture. He had framed himself for his own murder. All
his wife had to do was plant a *few stories,arrange the corpse, and
voila. She gets away with murder.
(*1. do***ented proof that she called the cops to their house during an
argument, with Cobain hiding from her in a locked room, and lied to the
police that he had threatened suicide 2.do***ented proof that on the
day of his murder, she lied to everyone about not knowing where he was,
unable to reach him, and using that as an excuse to tell everyone that
she was fearful that he was going to commit suicide)
She knew that everyone would believe her.
