(Zapote, Costa Rica, 11 NOVEMBER 2004)- The former Mrs. Kurt Cobain
is at it again. When things were just starting to look up for former
Hole lead singer, Courtney Love, and the widow of former Nirvana lead
singer, Kurt Cobain, she has landed herself in trouble again. Love,
who has often been in trouble in recent years, faces charges of felony
assault stemming from an incident that happened in April. The former
Hole singer has been ordered to stand trial for felony assault.
Los Angeles court commissioner, Sanjay T. Kumar, made the ruling
after listening to testimony from musician, Kristin King, at a
preliminary hearing. King told Kumar stories of how Love threw a
whiskey bottle at King's head, pulled her hair, sat on her, scratched
her, pinched her breast, slapped her across the mouth, and chipped her
tooth during an April altercation at the home of Jim Barber. Barber is
Love's ex-manager and ex-boyfriend; King also dated him.
"Courtney Love has made a career of landing herself in the hot seat
and there has been tremendous public interest in this trial," said

it is coming from her legion of fans and leftover Nirvana fans who
don't blame her for Kurt Cobain's death."
